My fit it HR is not syncing with my Android.

Welcome to the Forums @Mommacannone! 

 

Let me help you figure out what is going on.

 

The first thing I'd like for you to do is to follow all of the steps showing on this help article. They should help you in getting your Fitbit to sync to your phone once again.

 

In the meantime I'd like to ask you some questions:

  • When did this start happening?
  • What phone are you using to sync?
  • Do you have any other device, phone or computer, that you could use to sync?
  • Are you getting some sort of error message? If so, what does it say?
