Compatibility Huawei P10, is it worth upgrading my fitbit?

Hello! I am thinking of updating to either Charge or the Versa, i currently have the Alta.
The main thing stopping me from this is the compatibility to the phone i got last year, a Huawei P10. It's not great with the Alta, i don't get notifications when someone calls me or texts me. I am able to sync them, but it usually takes a few tries and sometimes even a restart of the phone before it works. 

Does anyone know if the compatibility of the newer fitbits are better then the old ones?

You can check the supported devices list to see what phones are supported at the time. It is more related to the app itself, rather than the Fitbits. The app is not fully optimized to work with the devices not on the list, which would explain some of the issues you mentioned.

As long as they fulfill the minimum requirements, Android 4.4 and Bluetooth 4.0, they can work but we cannot fully guarantee that they will.
