Syncing to s7 edge

Day one.  Everything set up.  All good. Sleep tracked etc. Day 2, went to sync.  Nothing. Just an error (!) symbol. Have rebooted Bluetooth on device and fitbit. No change. Restarted on s7 too. Nothing.  Not a good start for an expensive piece of equipment.

@PocketRocket69 thanks for joining us! Have you checked that your tracker is fully charged and updated to its latest firmware version? That might be some of the reasons why it's not properly syncing. If you have checked that, then I recommend following the troubleshooting steps from this post.
