My alta device is not syncing. I have uninsulated and reinstalled the app. Switched Bluetooth on and off. Rebooted Alta, installed app on another device. All to no avail. Can anyone help please?
@FunmiJ, is this an Alta that was set up and working, and suddenly stopped syncing, or is it a new one that is being set up? Did you restart the phone after installing the new version of the Fitbit app?
Hi LarryJ, It was working until yesterday afternoon. Stopped syncing about lunchtime. It won't even register my alta now. I put the code in and nothing. Will try restarting.
