I have a fitbit ionic nearly 1 year old. Over last few days has had real issues syncing. So I don't get notifications and I can't change the face or get weather updates. I have Andriod 9 phone. Have tried unpairing and re pairing. Uninstalling and re installing app and restarting ionic. Any suggestions?
Hi. I do have 3.7. It just keeps not finding ny ionic. Says device not found even tho bluetooth is on, paired etc. Frustrating 😕 Thanks for the suggestion though 🙂
I have 3.7 and the interface on my ionic was updated on wednesday 9th october 2019, since then my ionic is not syncing to my phone at all. I have also paired unpaired closed opened and tried everything bar factory settings and nothing!! Any suggestions?
