Syncing trouble

the application has stop sync for many hours. i have try to restart my surge and phone.

it doesn't works.

i am using fitbit surge with app 2.28version.

Tried reboot phone plus surge together.
After that sync come back.

I've been having the same issue today. I have the Alta... it must be the app

@dorst622 @REC6271 @Gilly913 If you've already tried this, do it again. I recommend logging out of the app and logging back in while also restarting your tracker, then giving it another try. Keep me posted.
