Hi!
I have fitbit charge hr. It stoped syncing at all!! Tried to erase the app but nothing helped! Can't even put an alarm on the clock.. 😞
Will be glad to hear another option do fix it. Thanks!

Hi there @mirib, I can understand for what you are going through with this syncing issue. If the tracker is not communicating with your phone, it will explain why other features are failing; like setting up an alarm.
For what I read on your post you tried to uninstall and reinstall the Fitbit app. So in addition I would like to recommend these suggestions: Having trouble syncing? (here's how to fix this).
Give it a try, hope this get you back on track!

My fitbit charge 2 has not synced since Nov 2. I have turned off my phone. I have tried temporarily turning off Bluetooth. I have uninstalled and reinstalled. I have tried these options multiple times on different days. I am at my wits end. Help!

t's been a few days since you posted so I'm wondering how it goes? Is the issue still persisting? After you posted on this thread has been released a new update for the Fitbit app that could help to improve the stability of the app at the moment to sync: What's changed in the latest release of the Fitbit app?. (If you updated your app it might require to restart your phone.)
Also in my previous post, I have shared a complete guide to troubleshoot these issues that could be of your help in case there is something additional to try from what you have done already.
