Syncing w galaxy 6

Is my Samsung galaxy 6 compatible with the charger 2. I received as a Christmas gift and under my Bluetooth it pairs but under the fitbit app it doesn't.  It will find the device but then after plugging in the 4 numbers it does not work.  I have tried shutting my phone off, turning Bluetooth off, the watch screen just has the setup running across. What do I need to do?

Hi, @ahr! That setup information means your tracker is still not set up with your account. You just need to go through the setup process again. Sometimes it can take a couple of tries with entering that number in for it to work.

I have tried it multiple times and the number changes every time

I am having the same issue, almost. Under the Bluetooth on my s6, it showes the charge 2 as a paired device. but when I go to add the charge 2 to my app, it says there are no devices at all to pair with. I have ever tried for 2 days to sync my charge 2. I even tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app.
