This is getting VERY old!!! I purchased ONE from a co-worker who had upgraded to a more advanced Fitbit to see how I liked it. For 2 1/2 months no issues with it syncing up until about a week ago. I have removed the app, reloaded it, rebooted bit, and followed every work around available on fitbit.com and community and tech support! It's about to hammered in pieces and go in the garbage and be replaced by the pedometer I used prior with no step issues. From all the errors I'm reading on all the different bits available why are these selling like hotcakes? If there is something I have missed in the reboot, power off, reset please advise. I was so excited to be able to track food and water intake and had just recently downloaded one of the exercise apps. Extremely Frustrated!!!

The fitbit restart procedure is normally the most likely fix for syncing problems. However, it's known to not always work so it may be worth trying that a few more times.
