Not able to sync

After overnight android update my HR charge no longer can be "seen" by phone. I've turned phone off and on. Cked Bluetooth is on. Tried to set up again but app says it is there.

Having tried restarting your phone without success I would try restarting your fitbit using this procedure:

Give this a few tries though as it doesn't always work.
