Fit bit not syncing with my phone note5 it has been up until 3 days ago.

Same happened to me after the last update.  Once I restarted my phone and tracker it started syncing again.

So how do I restart? Sorry I'm not too savvy with technology my phone co. set up my F itbit. Thank you
