my app wont sync to my watch and it says to restart bluetooth but I've done that logged in and out then uninstalled and reinstalled the app still doesn't work 😭

Hi Jaylene
I am having major issues as well. Including and not limited to notifications from 2017 - 2018 now popping up/in my app and It's Causing my phone to continously vibrate. My forgot charge will no longer sync, update as well. I have done everything I can to get it to sync including turning off Bluetooth uninstalling the app, turning the phone on and off etc. I still get the message saying unable to sync, tracker not found, and the 99+ notifications from the previous two years.
I am thinking it is the latest update? I could be completely wrong about it. 🙂

@Pauliesgrl4eva those issues you're having suggest a broader issue than just a syncing problem. I would suggest contacting customer support if the following doesn't help.
@SunsetRunner the usual things to try when you get syncing issues are:
- restart phone
- restart fitbit using this procedure: https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1186/
- restart fitbit a few more times (it doesn't always work)
- "forget" the fitbit in the phone's bluetooth settings
- go through fitbit's troubleshooting guide at: https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1866/
- if none of that works then contact customer support: contact.fitbit.com
