I just found out I have 2 different accounts with different emails unfortunately the one account has some of my I fo and the other has the remaining is there any way to combine these as I am in a challenge and now it is all messed up

Hi @Safety1 there is no way to combine the two accounts. How did you find yourself with two different accounts? Do you have more than one Fitbit and set up each one with a different account? Sorry, there is no way to put them together to merge the steps.

I had a device 1 1/2 years ago that I did not realize was a Fitbit too that was under my personal email address and when I got the new Fitbit I set it up under my work email. Something crashed on my phone and I had to reinstall last week out of habit I used my personal email and it signed me in so I have lost 5 days of data for my challenge at work.
