I've re- installed app fitbit 3 times, I've activated and disactivated Bluetooth, it's visible but my fitbit tracker doesn't appear in the detected devices. Although if I want to synchronise via the app, he finds the tracker and gives me a code, but when I fill in the code in the app , the screen keeps running for more than 30 minutes until it says I should restart. I've restarted multiple times without success. I have a Samsung S9 with latest software version. I am desperate now, how come my device isn't detected ? I push the buttons aside on the tracker while searching but without success. Thx for any help

Best AnswerWhich Fitbit do you have and are you still under warranty? Be sure to have the latest firmware for your Fitbit and the latest app for Android.
