Synkronisering fungerar ej

Varför fungerar inte synkronisering . Har uppdaterat fitbit och app inget fungerar. Får hela tiden en ruta att synk är schemalagd. Har fungerat felfritt i 1.5 år. Slutade fungera 26 maj har det med gdpr att göra nån då borde en fråga dyka upp tycker jag. FRUSTRERAD  OCH ARG
