TODAY page does not show daily steps on my dashboard

After I sync my Fitbit Versa 2 to my Android phone, it does not SHOW how many steps I have on my dashboard.  Does anyone know how to fix that?

I assume you mean the dashboard of the mobile app? If so, do you see your steps in the web dashboard? Do you see evidence elsewhere that the tracker is syncing with the app?
