Versa 2 won't connect to Bluetooth or sync

Keeps telling me that my Fitbit is not connected to my Bluetooth and my phone won't connect to my Fitbit trying to figure out why and what's wrong with it

Try:

  • Log out of the Fitbit app
  • Close the app and clear the app cache
  • In the mobile device's bluetooth setting, delete the Fitbit from the known devices
  • Turn off the mobile device's bluetooth
  • Restart your Versa 2
  • Turn on your mobile device's bluetooth (do not connect to the fitbit here)
  • Launch the fitbit app and login
  • Follow any prompts to connect through the fitbit app
