Hi @Shteffy, welcome aboard to out Fitbit Community. My first recommendation is to review our article called: "I can't sync my tracker". In case you haven't try it, you'll find useful tips for this type of issues.

I would like to know if you are seeing some kind of error at the moment to sync, or is your app indicating why isn't syncing? (e.g: Tracker not found)

Let me know how it goes. See ya later my friend.Robot wink

It's only showing an exclamation mark on my app when I try to sync it, but it's not telling me anything else. I have tried the triuble shooting link and restarting my fit bit but I can't figure anything out. Stefan

Hi,

im having the same problem. Went to Korea for a business trip. Fitbit doesn’t want to synchronize. Says it doesn’t have internet connection while I’m on WiFi. Like now, writing this. The message is that I need to connect to internet to view historical data, but it wouldn’t sync to update alarms, or time.

did anybody solve this problem?
