Hi @sunnieblonde - often a restart of the phone and watch cures that syncing problem, try that first.
If you changed the temperature in only one place there may need to be another change to make - follow the details in the post How to change Temperature - for Weather, Centigrade - Fahrenheit

Hi @Cyclemama1 - what problem are you facing and did you manage to sync the watch with the phone app after making both temperature unit changes and changing your time in your settings here and did you remember to hit Submit at the bottom and then sync again?
