I got the sense because I start work on Monday and can't have my phone out. I needed something to get texts and calls on while at work. My sense does not stay connected. I'm not getting any notifications on my watch. Does anyone know if this is the app issue or if it is a sense issue. Would it be worth switching to a versa?

Hi @Samanthajeanann - there is currently a bug with the Fitbit App and notifications may not come through. As it's an app problem there is not much you can do.
Normally for them to come through your phone needs to be close and Bluetooth and the Fitbit App running in background with the watch syncing well, and Sleep and Do not disturb must be disabled.

For the Sense to get notifications, you have to have both "Sense" and "Sense Controls" enabled in your Bluetooth connections. Once you're sure that's connected, click on the Sense on your phone app, go to "Notifications" and make sure the correct app is selected under "Text Messages". Good luck!

Normally notifications are only sent over the Bluetooth Sense entry, even calls maybe, except the call itself uses Sense controls but is irrelevant when the app is not working properly.
