Text/email messages not vibrating

My text/email notifications no longer vibrate on my versa. I do get vibrations for calls. Most messages show on the watch when i swipe, but I don't know they are there unless I swipe. I have a samsung s10. Notifications are "on" on the  phone app, and i have checked my sleep and do not disturb settings on my versa. I have reset both phone and versa. Please help.

I am having the same problem.  Really frustrated AND my battery in my ionic is draining within 48 hours.  I was at 100% last night.  Right now is 31%.  About to drop Fitbit and get a galaxy watch.
