I get a the message symbol and name who it's from but that it. My friend actually get the message on her fitbit

 H2 charge so wondered why I don't.

- What tracker does your friend have?

- What mobile device is your friend using with their tracker?

- What mobile device are you using for the notifications?

- Has this always been the case or did it work properly from the beginning?
