Not tracking sleep

Some nights my fitbit starts recording my sleep about the time I go to bed. Then at sometime in the middle of the night it stops. A couple hours later it starts again. It doesn't indicate I'm awake (which I'm not). Other nights it doesn't start tracking my sleep until four or five hours after I've gone to sleep. Recording of my sleep is consistently incorrect. How can I get it to track my sleep more accurately?

Hello there @Denure! Thanks for stepping into the Forums.

It is possible that a draft of air could be hitting the tracker during the night and making it believe that you're moving around. A good way to improve the tracker's accuracy would be to change the settings so that it is slightly more sensitive, generally it helps whether the tracker is not recording sleep correctly or is recording more sleep than usual. To change those settings, please check this post

Please do keep me updated on the whole situation!
