Text messages from phone not showing up on Sense

I just got the Galaxy S21 and while my Sense will notify me of a phone call, it won't notify me of text messages. I've tried turning the Bluetooth off and back on, restarted the phone, allowed everything in my settings for Fitbit and my message app but still nothing. Any ideas?

Hi @Afmom2001  - there are several areas to explore.

• Check your Quick Settings that Sleep and Do not disturb are disabled.
• Restart both watch and phone
• How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device?

Thanks, did all that and the text messages are still not coming through. This is very perplexing!

Ah, had to go deeper into the "bowels" of the Fitbit app and enable some other things. It works now!

what did you have to do, mine still won't work...

I went into my settings and there were some things that I hadn't "allowed" my Sense to do. I can't remember all the steps though. You might try unpairing your device from your phone and then re-pairing.
