Ever since the 9/19 update, my text message are not showing on my Versa. Other notifications show up, such as Facebook, Snapchat, calendar events, etc. All my notifications are set to be Always On, Do Not Disturb is not selected. I have restarted my app as well as watch several times. I have disconnected and reconnected my watch through bluetooth with no success. I have scoured the help forums with no luck. Any thoughts?

I've been having this same issue. Thanks for posting about installing and re installing the app. I just did that and redid my settings for notifications and it is finally working again.

I have been having the same issue and not sure what else to try or attempt! Hopefully someone is able to provide an answer or a fix to the problem soon! Text messages are the only thing that will not come through. Although I have had instances previously where I have had to restart to get it to sync back up to receive notifications for everything.

Having rhe same issue and emailed customer service and just get the automated responses. Then they tried to save my phone is not a compatible device yet it has worked for the last year and get all other notifications other than text. Wish someone with fit bit would look into it and confirm the issue/fix. Very frustrating.

What kind of phone do you have? I have a Galaxy S9, and have had no trouble for the past year until now.

I'm having the same issue on my Charge 3. I've followed the advice of all of the forums; but FitBit support has not been able to remedy the issue.

I have the same issue, only getting Snapchat notifications and that's once in awhile. Very frustrating.

I also have a galaxy S9 and for the last few days text messages have stopped coming through. Hopefully Fitbit support will get this fixed asap!

Per their Twitter DM support, they suggested uninstalling and reinstalling the application. This solved my issue with text notifications. (Apparently, new permissions are required to utilize full app functionality.) Honestly, an app update shouldn't so irrevocably break a program so that you have to uninstall and reinstall it.
