Text notifications not working on Google Pixel 3 XL

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

Suddenly, I'm not receiving text notifications on my Versa.  I upgraded my phone to the Google Pixel 3 XL.  It works inconsistently.  This is super annoying and nothing I have tried works.  Is anyone else experiencing the same?  If so, have you fixed it?

Welcome to the Forums @CurvyMama.

It is very possible that this is happening because the Pixel 3 XL is not part of the supported devices list. This means that the app has not been fully optimized to work with that phone.

As long as it fulfills the minimum requirements, Android 4.4 and Bluetooth 4.0, there is a possibility that it can work but we cannot guarantee it. Some users of unsupported devices have mentioned that following these steps helps for the notifications.

Let me know if you have any further questions.

After the firmware update I the versa is getting the notifications. However they do not pop up on the screen .Or vibrate when they get to the device. If I pull down to view notifications the text messages from my phone are there. How do I get it to vibrate and show without dragging down. All my settings are set to vibrate and pop up.

I already stated in my previous post that I tried everything in the article you posted. Versus still doesn’t get phone call notifications and does not vibrate when I get notifications. If I pull top down that is the only way I see anything.

How do you resolve this issue? None of the options you listed in the article" have helped. Fitbit has no answers for this huge problem? Do we all just return our devices????

I had trouble when I had the sleep mode activated. When I turned that off everything worked.
