Thanks for letting me know that the text messages notifications aren't working correctly and let me help you out with this. To further investigate, please provide me with the model of your Fitbit, as well your phone's model and Android version.
In the meantime, make sure the Fitbit app is updated to the latest version and try the troubleshooting steps described in this help article.
