This is very strange to me let me say since this didn't happen with the previous versions, but this could be a bug that the new version brought.
However, I'd recommend clearing cookies and cache on your Android phone by following these steps. Once you have done this, try syncing with your app with English language to see if the tip works.
In case that clearing cookies and cache don't make any difference, I'd recommend uninstalling and reinstalling your Fitbit app.. but just don't forget to sync your Fitbit before uninstalling your app even if you need to switch the language from Hebrew to English.
