It's nice to see you around @maor, hope you're doing great! Is your Fitbit already linked to your account?

Besides @SunsetRunner's advice, I'd recommend doing the following:

  • Log out of your Fitbit App
  • Force quit the App
  • Turn off the Bluetooth
  • Shut off your phone and turn it on after 1-2 minutes
  • Turn on the Bluetooth
  • Log back into your Fitbit App
  • Verify if your Fitbit app is up-to-date

Let me know if this does the trick!

Thank you for help @SunsetRunner @MarreFitbit .

I think the problem is my device's language.
I changed the language from Hebrew to English and it was like a magic .
This problem only in the latest app version.

Thanks for trying my friend @maor

This is very strange to me let me say since this didn't happen with the previous versions, but this could be a bug that the new version brought.

However, I'd recommend clearing cookies and cache on your Android phone by following these steps. Once you have done this, try syncing with your app with English language to see if the tip works.

In case that clearing cookies and cache don't make any difference, I'd recommend uninstalling and reinstalling your Fitbit app.. but just don't forget to sync your Fitbit before uninstalling your app even if you need to switch the language from Hebrew to English.

Let me know if this works!
