Fitbit used to be fun. It fostered a great community. Now it is a lonely, solitary, depressing experience. Bingo was fire! It was so much fun to push myself and encourage others. It wasn't so much about winning Bingo as it was about seeing others succeed.
Why does Fitbit want to isolate us from each other? Why do they make it so we exist in a vacuum? When I joined Fitbit in 2018, I found friends and people to enjoy the journey with. Now I feel alone. And I miss my friends.
It's cruel. And sadly, "cruel" seems on brand for Fitbit these days vis a vis their further isolating new app and the lack of compassion they have for their users.
