Hello,
Since the update of the application on my Galaxy S8, I can't access the following menus in the goals section :
- nutrition and body
- activity
When I click on them, the app restarts or crashes.
It's annoying I can no long log food from the app.
I've unistall/reinstall the app, clear the cache and data, reboot but nothing seems to fix this.
Anybody has an idea ?
Thanks,
Math

Seems odd that your Fitbit app is crashing when you try to see the goals section from nutrition/body and activity, I appreciate your effort and patience troubleshooting this situation prior to posting. To better assist you, can you please let me know when was the first time you experienced this and how many time since then? Is this occurring only with the menus stated in your post or with other ones too? In the meantime, I recommend you to check if your Android mobile device operating system is up to date.
Keep me posted, I'll be looking to your reply.

Hi @RicardoFitbit,
Thanks for your reply.
I've been experiencing the crashes since the update of the application to v3.0 (July 8).
Only the 2 menus are crashing the app. The others work fine.
I can confirm that my OS is up to date.
Cheers,
Mathieu

Hi, @RicardoFitbit
I have the exactly the same problem on my app which is on version 3.0
I found this problem today and i have tried uninstalling then rebooting. And i have tried logging out clearing cache and local data and then rebooting with result that the problem went away ones but came back almost immediately and then stayed.
I am using the OnePlus 7 pro as phone on the latest OS version provided by OnePlus.
I hope you can find a solution for this, and im looking forward to a reply on this problem.

I have the exactly the same problem. It's only the two menus stated above that makes the app crash. I have had this problem since yesterday, tried rebooting the phone and the fitbir, un- and reinstalling the app, tried with and without WiFi activated. My phone (android) is updated.

Hey @RicardoFitbit
I have noticed that the new update to version 3.1 has fixed my crashes in the menus.
It might had to do with some other bugs that where fixed this patch.
I hope the new update has fixed the issue for everyone that had this menu problem. So i would like to get a response from other users that had this problem to see if it is fixed for everyone

Yes! It's all well and good now! 3 days ago it just magically started working again. Didn't notice any update or anything. Maybe it updated during the night or something...Anyway, it's working now so I'm happy.
