The app does not track sleep at all :(

Hi guys! I hope you can help me out here! I am using pixel 3 for four month already and it does not track my sleep at all:( i have checked all permissions - they are ON. When i reached out for repair, they tried to fix it and in the end just gave me a new device, which has equally the same issue:((( what is more - it has a synchronization issue, as it the app sync with pixel 3 only after restarting the device, while trying to do manual sync in the app i am getting error message: fail to sync

Sorry to see you're having issues with your Pixel Watch 3 and sleep tracking. I just want to confirm that you don't have any tattoos or scars in the area on your wrist where you wear your watch. 

As for the syncing issue, what works for me is to clear the cache for the Fitbit app on my phone, followed by Force Stop. Please let us know if this works for you. 

If it doesn't work, please let us know what phone you have.

I had a very similar issue, and in my case it was only resolved after completely uninstalling the Fitbit app and setting up the watch again from scratch. It’s a bit of a hassle, but it might be worth a try since nothing else seemed to work for me.
