The app shows the sleep information on wrong night

When you go to sleep on a Monday night it should be logged as Monday night, not Tuesday. This needs to be fixed. My app used to do this and sometime a while ago it changed. It's really annoying and upon further investigation alot of people would like this fixed.

Hi @Mommabearof3, welcome to the Community Forums.

Thanks for the details shared on your post. I understand where your annoyance comes from. I suggest checking if your Fitbit app is up to date, for instructions see  If so, please let me know the model of your mobile device.

I'll be around.

Maybe it should, but fitbit logs it on the day that the user wakes up.

I don't say tonight I slept 5 hours.

The app is up to date. So when I fall asleep on Monday night, it shows up as my sleep for Tuesday. It didn't always do this. I'm going on year 2 with my Inspire and it just recently started doing this in the last 6 months.

You fall asleep on Monday, wake up on Tuesday. Morning and your fitbit says you fell asleep on Tuesday night, even though it is still Tuesday morning?

Let's tap edit and see when the sleep was logged. You can back out.

If a user falls asleep Tuesday night and wakes up after midnight, this sleep will be recorded on Wednesday.
