Hello,
I'm a new fitbit member, I just bought a fitbit charge 4 recently. Everything seemed to be working well until recently when I tried to post my workouts with pictures the app shuts down. I looked everywhere for a solution but nothing I found worked. I also did find that this thing happens with Samsung A8 (which is the model of my phone). So I would like to know if Fitbit is gonna fix this bug soon or not, because this issue is happening since long ago.
PS : I Uninstalled the app (rebooted my phone) and reinstalled it,.... cleared the cache, and nothing worked.
Thank you in advance for any assistance.

Hello @Rabie.Bolt I checked thr known issues list and do not see this as a known issue.
I do render a recent problem with posting pictures, haven't seen any more presets on thre last month or two.
Is your android app up to date? Tried clearing cache and force stopping thre Fitbit app?
As for is fitbit wil fix this and when? As your fellow Fitbit users, we know as much as you do.
I've also moved your Android question out of the Charge 4 support.

I'm not sure what all has been proposed on the net. I'm also not sure what phones this error occurs in.
Have you sent fitbit a memory dump with an explanation of what is happening?

Your best action is to send your crash log. Fitbit then can use this to analyze the r3
We can suggest clearing cache, delete, restart phone, reload app. But really not much else.
