The tiles on my dashboard keep disappearing. There one minute gone the next. Any ideas? Also for some bizarre reason the internet connection keeps dropping on my phone. It works perfectly well with everything else. I am getting pretty fed up with having to spend so much time sorting this out.

Hello there @Pointless, nice to have you here as a new member of the Fitbit Community! I was reading the issues you are experiencing with the app and I can understand this might be a frustrating scenario.
Tiles should not disappear on its own, unless your tracker is not pair to your account or if you manually hide each of them.
So certainly this is an odd behavior, where I would recommend to review if your phone is listed as compatible. There are Android devices that has not being tested, hence the app is not optimized to work as is expected and weird behaviors may be presented like the one you brought to my attention.

Additionally, if your phone is listed or not, I would like to recommend to review if you tracker is paired. The way to tell this is by looking the right upper corner of your Dashboard and a small icon of your tracker should be there. If you are not able to see this, it mean your tracker is not paired to your account. In given case this instructions would be more suitable for this scenario: How do I set up my Fitbit device?
