None of the tiles update on their own. I have to tap on each tile to open it. For hourly movement and food tracking, I have to open the tile, close it, and then reopen the tile to see the history.
I have restarted my phone, restarted my tracker, uninstalled and reinstalled the app. I have no other device to see if the app works properly on a different phone or tablet and that would be totally pointless anyway since my phone is where I need it to work.

Thanks for bringing this up and sharing the steps you have followed to get the app to work correctly.
In this case I'd like to ask for you to provide some screenshots of what you see before the tile updates and afterwards. In addition to that, please let me know what version of the app is it that you are using.
