Hello @srippy, welcome to the Community Forums! Hmmm...by any chance, are you using the automatic timezone? If so, I'd recommend doing the following:
- Disable this option "Set automatically"
- Log out of your app
- Restart your Charge HR
- Log back into the Fitbit app
- Select the "Sync Now" option
