I have noticed that my watch started to save/display time in UTC time zone, but actually in app it is +3(Kyiv).
My last sleep is from 22:18 until 6:35, but have to be +3 hours.

Hello @stanislav.fr and welcome to the Community. Other users have reported this issue and Fitbit seems to be aware of it. Another user fixed their time zone by turning off the automatic time zone, then select Istanbul, another city in the same time zone as Kyiv.

@LZeeW Thanks for your help. I was actually gonna suggest that as well.
@stanislav.fr Welcome to the forums. Thanks for reaching out about the time on your device. It seems the app is not pulling up the correct time for the area of Kyiv. In the mean time you can proceed as stated above by @LZeeW. We will continue to monitor the situation, thanks again! Make sure to keep your app updated and see if anything changes with the next app update.
Best AnswerHi. The same situation. Using Pixel 7 pro and Pixel Watch.
Location - Ukraine.
Tried all your recommendations from similar topics, but nothing worked.
Changed location, timezones, switched off and on automatic Time, location, but nothing.
I'm still GMT+0 when Kyiv is GMT+3
I think it broke after Pixel Watch Drop update but it could be just a coincidence. But it definitely worked well from October 22 to the beginning of summer 23

@PazzoMas Welcome to the forums. Thanks for letting us know you are experiencing the same situation. May I know which timezone did you last select? Make sure to leave the auto time select off. Then try selecting Bucharest or Istanbul and sync your device. Thank you in advance!
This is a general issue affecting some users. We will keep monitoring this situation. Thanks for reporting it. I appreciate your patience.

I had a similar issue with time zones and discovered the issue is that your watch gets its time zone from your Fitbit profile and the app, regardless of whether you have auto time zone on or what time zone you choose, is not pushing that time zone to your Fitbit profile. I managed to get my watch on the correct time zone by going to my Fitbit dashboard in a browser and editing my profile with the correct time zone, then syncing the watch again in the app.
Go to fitbit.com and log in, then in the upper right hit the gear and go to settings. Scroll down in the personal info page until you see time zone and change it there. This is where the app should be updating automatically when you change time zones but isn't.
Moderators please pass along this description of the bug to the app developers to fix!
I have tried this way to resolve the problem. It does not help to me.
Hi Jeffrey.
Thanks for a hint. I've opened the settings on fitbit.com and there I have the same timezone, which I set in the app. So it didn't help me either.
@RodrigoMFitbit Yesterday I've tried Bucharest Timezone – nothing changed.
And I have a possible guess. The same situation with the Timezone I also have in my Google Maps in my car (my car's OS is Android). My ETA there is also always GMT+0, and it also broke this year after a regular Google Maps update. So it could also be on the Google side. But these are the only two apps (Fitbit and Maps in my car) where there is such a problem. In Maps on my Phone or in other apps or even in other apps in the car – everything is fine.

@stanislav.fr @PazzoMas Thanks for the reply and explanation. @Jeffrey204 Welcome to the forums. I appreciate you sharing what helped you out in this situation. I am glad that the time zone is correct in your device. I have reported this situation already. Thanks again.
@PazzoMas Thanks for the details and additional information. That is interesting; I believe several factors come into play. I have reported this already and as soon as I get to know more about it, I will get back to you. Thanks for your patience.
