Time keeps changing and becoming incorrect

Since completing an update for my Fitbit the time keeps skipping forward a couple of hours and I am then having to go back into the dashboard to reset it. Also it keeps saying that I have completed the 10000 steps over and over again in the same day. Help please up until the update was carried out everything was working brilliantly

Regarding your first inquiry, could you please confirm whether the update downloaded was for your Fitbit device or the Fitbit app? Also, may I know your phone's model and Android version? I'd recommend to try the following steps to reconnect your Fitbit device:

 

  1. Remove your Fitbit device from the Bluetooth settings.
  2. Close the Fitbit app from the open apps and reboot your phone.
  3. Open the Fitbit app and verify the time zone in the Fitbit app.
  4. Sync your Fitbit device

 

Now, about the step goal, does this happen after you've reached the 10000 goal? Or do you see the constant celebration even if you have fewer steps? If you've not done so, try restarting your Fitbit device to refresh its settings.
