Hi there @Betterdee, awesome to see new faces in the Fitbit Community. I was reading your post and it seems the time is off. I still don't have clear if this is when you pair your tracker or before setting it up in to your Fitbit account? Or if the issue is related to a different matter from what I can see in your post.
Time is controlled by the timezone configuration of the Fitbit account. Usually before pairing the tracker is normal that the time is off, since your tracker still doesn't have a personal configuration.
If this issue is after the tracker was paired, is just matter to set the correct timezone location. For more help, please review this article: How do I change the time on my Fitbit device?
