For clarification, the inaccurate steps are in your tracker or only in your mobile app? If it's in your tracker I suggest to restart your Fitbit and try to sync again.
If the issue is only with the steps in the dashboard, my recommendation is checking if you have the most updated Fitbit App for your Android phone. If so, i suggest to remove the app, restart your phone and reinstall the app. This should also resolve the issue with the weekly and yearly record.
