Track Exercise not syncing

The last 2 times that I have used the track exercise on my phone for my walks I have had the following issues:

-It auto recognizes and enters an additional walk, but not as long

-It does not sync the mapped walk to fitbit online

-It does not give me my pace

 

This did not happed prior to the app update.

Welcome to the Community @Msdrbroderson! I  hope you're doing great! 

Let me help you out, the Fitbit Alta doeen't have integrated Gps so you will have to your mobile run I recommend checking this great article in order learn more about mobile run that is what it will display data like your pace.

@MaginB My phone does have gps. That is where I am tracking it. It has worked fine before, but suddenly wasn't. I figured it out though.
