I received my Replacement FITBIT FLEX 2 on Oct. 28th. Spent over 1 hr. Talking to a gentleman from Guatemala to get the replacement to sync,etc.
Today or yesterday I cannot get the battery to charge. On a new USB port and still nothing

Hi, @JoannaThalheime! Have you tried plugging it into something different, like a wall outlet? Sometimes that's all it takes to get it going again.
