Tracker Not Found

Hello,

I see this is a well known issue.  I have tried every suggestion listed in the forums and on the help pages.  Has anyone had any real success with fixing their syncing problem for Charge HR?  I've tried rebooting both my phone and tracker, restarting bluetooth, uninstalling/reinstalling the fitbit app... and my bluetooth just will not recognize my tracker.  I've had this for about a month with no issues until the past 3 days.  My Samsung Galaxy S6 can connect with other things with no issue, there have been no updates to my phone the past 3 days.  
If this can't be fixed, does anyone recommend a fitbit tracker that does NOT have any known syncing issues that I can buy?

I think your best bet is with the fitbit restart procedure. I know you have tried it but it doesn't always work so it's worth trying again a few more times.

If all else fails I'm afraid you'll need to contact customer support via one of the options in this link:

Welcome to the Community @SteveH, hope you're doing great today! Have you tried @SteveH's steps? Did they work? 

 

I would also recommend taking a look at this discussion I had with another user who has syncing issues with the Android app.
