Since the last update my Galaxy S6 phone/Fitbit Apl will lose connection with my Fitbit surge. I have to turn my phone off and on before it will sync. I've tried logging out of the Fitbit app to see if it will sync but only turning my phone off and on will work . The Fitbit app will also lose connection with fitbit.com more regularly. This is a very annoying problem. Is anyone else having this problem?

It's nice to see you around the Community, hope you're doing great @DSel21 Smiley Very Happy! I'd recommend following the troubleshooting steps I've shared in this discussion to see if they do the trick!

 

If they don't, please try setting up your Surge as a new device by following these steps.
