Tracker could not be found since the last update

Hello,

two days ago I updated the fitbit app and now it isn`t possible anylonger to synchronize my tracker with the app. I have the Samsung Galaxy S5 mini and when I want to do the synchronization there is the message "No tracker found" but it didn`t search. There is just a second and then it shows the message. I`ve already deinstalled the app and installed it again, I`ve started my handy again, I tried to start my tracker again but nothing worked. What can I do? Why isn`t it possible to synchronize?

Hey there, @miago! Welcome aboard. In this case I would suggest to restart your tracker at least 3 times in a row and then reboot your phone as well. After this try to sync, if it doesn't work try using a computer.
