Best AnswerDid you try turning off your bluetooth on the phone and then back on and rediscover your tracker? Sounds like a bluetooth issue to me. You didn't mention it, so I'm hoping that might be the issue. Let me know!

Best AnswerThis is a frequent problem with the fitbit app. Mine will work fine for a few weeks. Then for no reason, I will have the same issue all day every day for days.
The only solution I have found is rebooting my phone. And I have to do this numerous times a day.
I have a One and S4. It's not the phone, it's the Android app.
