Tracker not Found

I cannot sync my Alta with Android, I get the message Tracker not Found. My Alta's battery is charged, I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app on my phone, I have restarted my Alta, I have forced the app to stop, everything... nothing works

Did you try turning off your bluetooth on the phone and then back on and rediscover your tracker?  Sounds like a bluetooth issue to me.  You didn't mention it, so I'm hoping that might be the issue.  Let me know!

Which phone do you have? Is it on the supported devices list?

This is a frequent problem with the fitbit app. Mine will work fine for a few weeks. Then for no reason, I will have the same issue all day every day for days.

 

The only solution I have found is rebooting my phone. And I have to do this numerous times a day.

 

I have a One and S4. It's not the phone, it's the Android app.
