Tracker not found. Can't find Fitbit after last night's update.

After last night's update the Fitbit app won't find my Fitbit tracker. Error message is tracker not found. I've tried restarting the phone, restarting Bluetooth, etc.Screenshot_2018-06-14-06-13-55.png

You mention restarting the phone. Have you tried restarting the fitbit using this procedure:

No, haven't tried restarting the device yet, but will when I can. Don't
understand why I would need to however, when it worked fine until Fitbit
app updated last night. Not sure what one has to do with the other.

Just updating the thread. Tracker is found and working fine with the app now. I think it was due to a low battery. Not long after I had the issue with the app not finding the tracker, the tracker went dead. It was a few hours later, it recorded 1400 steps then ran out of battery power. Its charged up, and working fine now... (incidentally I think that whole going dead and recharging think reset the tracker). Thanks for the reply and help.
