@Skny,

I am Smiley Sad to see your issue. On the other hand I am Smiley Happy to see that you are reaching out for help. It would help those of us in the community to know the model of both your phone with OS version and tracker.

The last time my Nexus 5X, before upgrading to Android 8.0.0, was unable to find my Blaze, restarting my Nexus solved the issue. I think I read a post about an issue were Fitbit 2.60 created a syncing issue. I don't recall the details. Fitbit version 2.60.1 was just rolled out. It looks to have fixed an issue for me. It might also fix a syncing issue. I suggest ensuring that you are on the latest version of the Fitbit app, and/or, restarting your phone.

These are the best suggestions I have without knowing more about your phone and tracker. If they don't work, then please post the model of tracker and the phone, as well as the OS version of the phone. Oreo (Android 8.0.0) has been creating issue for many of us.

From my perspective as a long time user, it appears to me that Fitbit puts out updates to the Android app as soon as they have 'a' solution any outstanding issue. I have seen updates pushed to me several days in a single week. If your issue is the result of 2.60, and 2.60.1 does't fix it, keep looking for the next update until they actually do.

As a work around, you could download the PC (I don't know about Apple) app and pair it to your tracker. Not a slick solution, but would at let you sync.

I hope this helps and have a Terrific day!
