Tracker not recognized on tablet

The tracker isn't found when trying to sync to Samsung Tab A. It syncs fine with my other devices (pc, lg phone, ipad). Any ideas as to why?

@JustOne It's great to see you in the Community! It's weird that your Fitbit tracker is not being recognized by your Samsung Tab A. Verify if your mobile device is listed in the supported device list. Also, I'd like you to take a look at this post, which contains some tips for you to try to set up your Fitbit tracker.

Update. After checking the post @JuanJoFitbit suggested I turned off my tablet and waited a few minutes. My tablet is now syncing once again.
