Friends Not Showing in App

I started a new post because it seems to be a different issue than the other post. The other was also marked as solved and did not have a resolution for my issue. 

 

I requested friends online within the Dashboard, I received a follow up email when they accepted my request. 

The issue is, when I check the phone app, they do not appear. 

 

I did try to log out and sign back in. Now my friends list is wiped out. It also will not let me sync with Facebook as it says one of these accounts is already linked. I revoked access to all apps. Facebook, Android and MFP. Logged back in, including the app and nothing. Even the friends I am participating in the challenge with. 

 

How can I resolve this? Do I need to add them from the app?

I am having the same issues with the friends from the dashboard online not showing up in the app. I am even in a challenge with some and they only show up on that challenge.
I do not have a Facebook to sync with so that part is not applicable for me.

Facebook just doesn't connect and that seems to be an ongoing issue.
The friends I had before, the app made me re-did them. I know that I added
one friend on both the app and separately online. She was the only one that
showed on both. Now the friend list on the app is just dead.
